The ink isn't getting to the dampers. I have a syringe, but I don't have a little tube to try sucking the ink through.

Now none of the inks come through. Did the cleaning cartridges, fill, now nothing comes through.

Mutoh Falcon outdoor 6-color. Printing 15' banner 75% of the way through the Cyan stops coming through. I just replaced the pump 2 weeks ago, and the cartridges are full, These banners are due tomorrow, anyone have any clue what I could do? Thanks

I'm on flexi 8.1, doing 15000 stickers right now 4"x6", I do 150 at a time on 41" media (15 rows of 10). No problems with crashing, or cutting, just prints too slow. When I have problems with flexi and production manager crashing, I shut everything down for 5 minutes, and start again. Usually...

When I print on best quality in flexi 8.1, it's too slow to do 15000 stickers. I put it on fast print, and the ink just globs, and the print looks bad. Is there a different profile to use for fast print, or some setting I'm missing? Thanks

I do 10 feet of round stickers fie cut at a time. I need 80 feet. I send 8 jobs through flexi and leave. When I get back the next day there is one job printed, and seven sitting I'n the print queue with status "ready", then I have to send them one at a time. Isn't there a way to make them go...

I am printing the same file back to back, do to plotting limitations. I want to send the same job to production manager multiple times so It will print continuously. How do I do this?

I have done plenty of partial wrap designs, but never a full wrap. I am not sure if this is too busy. It is suppose to pack a lot of energy. Can I have your opinions please, this is one of my big accounts. Thanks

Thanks, you are exactly right. It has a little bit of a learning curve, but it has more stupid features than anything. I am able to do just about anything on it, but it is error prone. I tried to contact mutoh for a manual, no reply. Do you recommend any other printer? Also, I am using...

Thanks, I bought it used, so I don't have it. I use one of those scanners that you drop in a stack, and it just auto feeds. Cost me about 4 bills though. I am at a huge loss on this one, and I am suppose to install tomorrow. Back to work, thanks again!

printing 20' x 4' truck sides on a mutoh falcon outdoor 46" printer. It started beeping in the middle of the print, and gave this message with a non stop beep "eo66err y motor" what is this?

I'm in the middle of some large banner prints, and 65% through one banner the printer just stopped. It doesn't have any error messages, just says "Convert [Port 1]. I don't want to start again, they're do today. Any suggestions on how I can get it to resume the printing?
