No flashing, says Plot Okay, it is just in Flexi that I can't clear the print queue

Ok, got rid of the error message, ran a cleaning, now I can't get the job out of the print queue. I deleted the printer and everything, when I reinstall the printer, even if I rename it, the print job keeps coming back. I hate digital printing already.

I cant do anything with the error message. does anyone know what this means? MH010 Error [RTL]

I didn't change the color profile, and I went ahead and lowered the head and gave the media some slack. When I powered up the machine, I get an error message: MH010 Error [RTL]

Okay, I moved the head up, and lost the tracking, but my colors changed significantly, the purple one is the correct color, with the tracking, the pink is bad color, no tracking:

Don't know where the head is setting, the tracking is the ink getting dragged or smeared on the graphic.

I have the 3M printing perfect, when I print the banners, i have tracking in the ink. I uploaded the proper icc profiles, do I need to reset the heaters for banner material? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I noticed that you seem to know a lot about Flexi. I have Flexi Pro 8.1, and am using a Mutoh falcon outdoor (just bought used). I can't get my blue to print right. I changed the color values around in flexi, but it always prints the same...too dark. The other colors are printing...

I will, I am able to print now, I am using Flexi pro. My blues are coming out too dark, and on my last try I got a lot of little drops of black ink spitting out all over the place. I am almost ready to give up.

I got my Mutoh Falcoln set up with Flexi Pro. On the blues, they are printing too dark. I am using 3M controltac, with the matching ICC profile. The other colors are printing fine, help please.

No, he took the pump. I am using adobe and have flexi pro, but when we try to use flexi, we get this error: mutoh convert [port 1]

Update...I have a new pump, and new capping station, and I PRINT YELLOW!!! Now if you guys don't mind, I need the least expensive way to print. What RIP should I get to use with the Mutoh, and I have a new Vinyl Express Q-54 coming in on Wednesday that I would like to run off of it as well...

Okay, I soaked the head, cleaned and purged the system many times, and finally found a tech to come out and look at it. I need a new capping station, and right pump. Won't know about the heads until after those are replaced. I paid 4000.00 for this, and am at about 750.00 with repair costs so...

How do I get to the head to fill the caps? I appoligize for my ignorance.

My Mutoh Falcon will not print yellow, It is used, but was cleaned before we moved it, and cleaned when we installed it. I have banding in the other colors during the nozzel test print, and no yellow. Can someone please advise me on this?
