The blue prints fine on a swatch, but in the actual print files it is always purple when I use a color profile. It is more than one file doing this, so I know it isn't just this graphic.

I don't have to do this with any other color, is this something that I should always expect with printing blue spot?

Check your pump, I had a problem with the M getting through, changing my color values, and found out that my pup was bad. I switched it, and all was good.

this is what i do: Mine does it all the time too. Before I print, I run a cleaning back to back twice. This always works for me.

Has anyone ever seen a van wrapped to look like a can, lets say a can of beer or something? I need to do a wrap for an energy drink, and i was thinking of wrapping it to look like the drink itself. I am having a problem visualizing it though.

No, I guess it is a defect of Mutoh, I found it online...the lever just sticks after a while, and that is the fix.

I turned it off, lifted the cover, moved the print head to the right, while lifting the lever at the same time...this worked.

I had the same problem, put a rebuilt pump in and it fixed it perfectly. I was told by a local tech, that when the cap station goes, the pump is usually bad too.

I have a vinyl express Q-54 (i think it is the same as the Graphtec FC8000). I do all of the contour cutting in Flexi 8.1, print and laminate the vinyl, and it reads the registration marks just fine. When it cuts, it is cutting about 1.5" off of the cutline. Any help please?

I turned off the printer, went in to Intercon, right clicked the printer, hit restart, and refresh 3 different times. Turned the printer back on, ripped and print (only 3-banners), and hit send. It worked. Too many little issues, can ruin a day! Thanks
