so many times have I bid on jobs using great materials and awesome designs only to be bid out by flat vinyl on acm. Pople do NOT care anymore. They want cheap, quick crap. If Im bidding and told "we got another bid for lots less I just walk away because i already know what decision they will make
damn! So hes asking for a refurb also? You shoul dhave told "we also upgrade your tires and reskin all sides with new aluminum before wrapping. I would have to send him packing
if I were do this sign I would have a 1x1 aluminum frame built to mount between the posts and mount your signsage to the frame. You mount the frame first with lag bots going into the posts
I would cut background out of 1/2" pvc and then paint it all other elemnts would be 1/4" acrylic, center decal would be digitally printed and place don sign. I would use https://eliteletters.com to cut everything and then you put it together
I have clearcoated vinyl with Urathne automotive and as worked well, no shrinkage BUT you gotta scuff the vinyl and put down tack coat and then a good flood on 2 nd coat
Thats expensive to do clearcoat is high!
The walls have got be warm and I see your using matte colors, which, IMO are the worst to stick. I cannot explain that. oracal 751 and 651 are ususally good to go. the weather has a lot to do with it temperature wise
Ok I found the culprit to my sign that stopped lighting up. The ballast busted open and there was some discoloring at top of being burned. The other ballast beside it is fine. ANyone ever seen this on a 12v ballast. Sign has 120 coming from it
well sinalite must have went up also, last few months i used them i compared them to 4over and they were much cheaper, business cards, presentations folders and flyers.
