the actual size is not too bad from a bit of distance. I pen plotted it out and was surprised at the actual size it came out at....
Well, here is a current sign that I have worked up. The customer wants the extra information that is on the edges included. The Teal and Black is sort of her thing as well. These are for coro yard signs....

I would guess that if you are doing 700 to 800 a month in "stickers" that you would not be able to warrant a printer. If I understand it right you have to use the ink within a certain time frame and your monthly retail is just simply not that much.

putting vinyl solid on the outside should be fine with the plate glass. If it is tempered you could do almost anything to it and be safe. The lighter the color of the vinyl the better you will be.
I would say that solid would be better than a gap around the edges. The main cause of glass...
the building is about 40' x 20' and the bays are around 14 foot wide. There is nothing left here of the old signs. Nothing in the building but an older sales counter but no signage other than Marlboro....
There is not a huge amount of room for a work room. There is a loft over the non-bay...

my own experience with a "flu" shot was while in the USAF. I can say I was never sick much before being in, but after being in and esp right after taking the shots, I was SICK. I am still not as healthy as I was before being in, but that might be age too....
I will NOT take another Flu shot...
