Just done some more checking and looks like one of the blacks solenoid has gone bad and does not do anything when I went to open it, the other 7 click fine. I would have thought having one open would have been fine to pull ink through, tried to manually pull ink and nothing, so now out of ideas

Hi Guys, Got a bit of a strange problem, one of the guys has done a discharge wash and then tried to do an ink fillup and CMY are pumping fine, but black is not pumping anything, all 8 dampers have been change and nothing on the black dampers at all. Any advice would be most welcome.

Does anyone see a problem running media at 640mm wide on this machine as the spec says 620mm, the 640mm would bring the media to almost the full width of the internal media feed hole and from the measurements be fine with the media clams being maximum left and right of the carriage width to hold...

Just went to change the wiper and noticed that plastic strip that holds the blade in is snapped, not sure of a fix but the blade seems to hold Will it causes any problems as its printing fine just not sure how long its been like that and problems it can cause.

Got Wasatch today and now the ting is printing pretty much all black with a hint of colour, cant see any option to add use media profiles but have found an option to print in CMYK 1440 dip and dual CMYK 1440. Anyone got any ideas

Just bought Wasatch for mimaki edition as spoke to cs rep and they say its supported as shiraz 6.2 lite that I got with the printer is not up to scratch as its quite old.

I have a JV3-75SPii and it claims it can do 1440dpi but all I can get out of it is 720dpi is this a rip problem as I am using Shiraz 6.2 which is pretty old now and my printer is setup for dual CMYK Any advice would be greatly received
