Not tried it, as I thought the head stopped at the edge, will investigate now.

Hi, Does anyone how I can clean under sledge on the head as I have some lint in the middle and just cannot seem to shift it, which is causing ink drops. I don't want to remove the head if possible.

No wiper error just it does not seem to move, get a large drop of ink every so often which is annoying.

Hi Guys, Changed the maintenance station and now the wiper rail seems to be keeping the wiper to the left hand side. Any ideas how to get it back to being in front of the cap

New maintenance station ordered should be with me today or tomorrow, never installed one before so that should be fun, ink carts are all level. I've done a few more strong cleans all all nozzle are good apart from the yellow, although they are all there there are still the uniformed black dots...

The nozzles are acting somewhat random as one check and they all look ok apart from yellow then another test and some drop out. I'm not sure why there are black dots in the yellow and from the look of them are quite uniform along the yellow. Not sure how to soak the head like I would with a...

I have a strange problem with yellow contamination, have a look at the nozzle check and the what should be solid Y; its driving me nuts as I've done quite a few strong cleans and nothing any advice would be welcome.

seems a bit old school having to apply for a demo, were in 2018. You should just have a simple trial option or provide a look account with login/password on the page to see what its all about.

Can you change a system param to change the ink type from es3 to ss21 without flushing?

Got an annoying problem, cyan has started to band at 1440x1440 32P and BI, but if I run a profile that is 720X1440 32P BI; there is not a lick of banding at all. I have one nozzle out and just can not get it to return.

Does anyone know of a way about getting this updated to the newest version, as the tech company we got the printer from are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard (stuck on 3.10).

What does the decimal numbers mean on a drop position correction? For example lets say we have a perfect line at 3.0 from the black triangle in the middle which is 0.0, I would input that as a 3.0 for patten 1 and then move on but what does it give me the option of 3.1,2,3,4 then 4.0? Also...

Could someone tell me the depth of the sp540v as the specs say 80cm with stand but cant find the size for just the printer off the stand. as trying to figure out is this thing will fit through a standard uk door.

Now got myself in another mess took apart both black solenoids and grey parts to give them a a clean and now both of them aren't doing anything yet everything is back as it should, but the pin is not moving and cant for the love of me understand why.

Thanks for the reply, just whipped off the back and to apart everything and still no joy there is no movement at all on that solenoid, also i noticed that the lines to the grey part near the solenoid dont have any resistance and can be pulled out easily unlike the other colours.
