Thanks Joe.
I have baseboard heat in this room for years.
"BUT" I had the heat just fixed Thursday after Christmas. I had been using an electric heater in the office now for 4 weeks while waiting for the baseboard boiler to be repaired. That electric dry heat is when it started, now that I...
Hello, Thank you for the tip.
I tried a few ways and still same thing.
I put a static mat under and grounded it. Static cords in rear above and below the material. Still same thing???
Even put a humidifier today in the same room. Temp at 70.
While I printed more cyan this time that was the...
Change the material on the first printer to Orajet 3551 GRA gloss and it will leave faint tracks where the wheels grab the vinyl only??? This is crazy. I cleaned the wheels with alcohol and let it dry before I printed.
This is nuts...
I just moved the material I was using to my other XC540 Pro III printer. It is doing the same thing???
Can it be the material?
I am just finding this way to odd now the other printer in another room is doing it on the same material.
I see it following the wheel areas making shadow prints where...
Thank you for the tips!
I will try anything at this point. Just weird it does it here and there and not on every print.
I will have to run a report and then start there.
Happy New Year!
Hello Everyone,
Having a recent issue past few weeks with my Roland XC-540 Pro III.
Heads are clean, Test print is great and all firing as they should.
It seems to be dragging Black across areas of my prints. Even where the wheels are? There are no marks or ink on the wheels. There are no...
Getting my Ioline Refurbed
Called Ioline yesterday and total refurbish on my unit was no more then $500 and switching the board to USB.
It's a No brainer.
Thanks for the help everyone.
Thanks for the heads up.
I feel it's a machine issue.
It was delivered unboxed and just brought here. maybe it got banged around and that's what's causing issues?
Regards,
Anthony
Thanks for the reply.
But I am familiar with all the straightness loading it up. But your telling me after it hits the floor forget it and it's off track? Then this is no good at all other then cutting 3 to 4 feet.
If this is the fact I will forget about this.
I mentioned prior to someone else...
Guessing you have one and your happy with it. Yes, my stuff is generally over the 10ft mark which most sign companies would be. If I was just cutting little decals here and there it wouldn't bother me so much.
My other option now from them is a Graphtec? Input?s
Thanks
Thanks for the info. Seems I am getting the same thing right now. They have no valid answer and beating around the bush. Saying software and this or that.
I had a large Ioline smart/trac for over 15 years. That thing was right on the money. I just didn't feel like changing out pinch rollers and...
Hello all.
Picked up a new Roland GS-24 cutter today just for an extra cutter. We mostly print but my old cutter was long overdue to be retired.
Problem is Roland's tech service make me laugh as if it's my first day with a new job.
I've been in business for over 25 years I explained and have 2...

Can anyone point me in a direction for something to match this image?
The letters are raised and the plaque it sits about 1/4" off the wall but locks into the back which is attached to the wall. Sign is...
Avery mpi 1005 problem glue separation? This is a first
Hello,
I just ran prints early this morning and gave it time to air dry before just laminating them to apply on a vehicle. Started the roof and as we were apply with a light pull up to stretch it the glue removed right from the vinyl...
