What ink are you using ? Can i ask what the platen temps got adjusted to?

Hello! im going to ship a CJV30, should i load the machine with my pre fill-up cartridges and do 2flushes and leave the lines emty while shipping? OR do i turn it off after the last loading off pre fill-up so that the lines and dampers & head contain fluid ?

i Have never aligned jv3 media holders but only CJV30, No need for new holders, Take a screwdriver and try aligning them

Rasterling is not quite happy with PDF files, you can only open older pdf files

Okay you missunderstood me again, hmmm take off the media from the back of the machine , then slide the media holders together, both of them have a metal core (about 1cm in diameter) and theese must be aligned with each other

Sorry that i cant explain good in english what i think your problem is, You have to align the both sides of the rollholder, Slide them together and look if the metal cores is aligned with each-other ,if they are not the media will pull uneven Same with the take up cores

I dont think the problem is there, but probably with the medium holder on the back

I wanted to chek so that the head fuses on tha mainboard are ok before installing 2 new heads but i can not fint the fuses?

Both magenta and yellow head was broken

And another thing, When i change the head to a clogged to test do i have to completly install the head to do this test ?

Update ! When i started the machine it again indicated * on the right magenta channel, AND ** on both Yellow :S HOW THE H*** can it suddenly not recognize the yellow again? I Guess this is showing me that something else than the heads may be broken

1.I will try to just reinstall my firmware 2. I will test a mechanically bad head 3. I will measure the fuses (Anybody know where on the main PCB i can find theese?)

I dont know anything about Mutoh, BUT on the Main PCB you have to look after a small white/gray fuse, usually there is white writing beside it (F1,F2 or F3) i Dont know what fuse that is for the heads but measure them all to be on the safe side Measure it to see if its broken or not ! I Hope...
