Are you sure it is not just dried ink that is making the capping station stick in a position?

We have the exact same machine I think that your capping station is in poor condition or your pumps, You can open the cover in the back of the machine and take apart the hoses on top of the pumps, one at a time and suck ink through it, (Not so you suck through the pump , you have to suck in...

Look in your Manual page 4.9 The mark MUST be printed in BLACK on WHITE background or else you will have trouble, Do as jhilldesigns suggested, hopefully that can work

I have now tried flipping every oyher panel, It is less obvios now but i think it is to big difference. What more could help ? Higer or lower resolution, More passes, Overprint, Drop size ?

If the only problem is X Overcurrent there is a antistatic cling prevention net to buy ! And if it still does not work good you can adjust the X motor current in the maintenance menu

You are not getting a new head on warranty if its clogged.. sorry, My answer is that you can try to have everything as it is now, If you are get clogged nozzles you shorten the time, or put a sleep clean every 8 hours

Have you ever changed damper or capping ? If not, Change dampers for all colors and capping , Mayby ink pumps too Do not change dampers if you dont have capping in good condition, you will have to have a good suction to get the colors flowing fine after the replace

It depends on how much you print.... But if you had it for three years i would change the 2 ink pumps , Capping station and Dampers
