Change the cyan/yellow pump, i can see that the gear is all blue, so the pump hose must be leeking, Cant you take loose the whole wiper "assy" and then take loose this srews?

Change the capping and "around head" cleaning to Friday if you are not printing on weekends, Less chance to get a crash during sleepclean on weekends then... But the best is to do this friday AND monday... Mimaki says this should be done every day .. If you clean on Mondays then ink builds up...

Capping station AND Cleaning around the bottom of the heads

Are you cleaning around the heads at least every week? Shut down the printer and slide the head to to maintanance slot and clean everything around the heads, if ink builds up here you are going to have theese kind of trubble, The yellow /cyan head lifts the capping station up and the heads crash...

I have had the same problem with Corel 12, Nothing helped, Then I set up a new user in windows, installed Finecut and dit a print & Cut ! Everything was perfect, Went back to my old user, uninstalld rasterlink,Corel, finecut AND the printerdriver, reinstalled everything but the same problem...
