Judging from the test prints your heads are firing in the proper order (and quite nicely, to boot). I'm guessing this is a data problem rather than a mechanical one. Did you remove any of the ribbon cables? Was it printing properly before you reconnected a hose?

I'd get another 5 years out of that head. And then I'd just swap it with the light magenta. LOL And yes, that report is in service mode. It'll ask which head you want to print it with and be sure and use something other than the black one.

Run a fill test in service mode and see if it's overspraying one of the colors or all of them. If you could post a closeup picture of that it'd help.

Don't know if it's in the regular menu or the service side but look for "periodic cleaning" and set the interval to whatever you want (or off if you prefer). You can also change whether it does a full clean or just a wipe.
