  1. work table recommendation

Interesting.... Y'all got it covered it sounds like. I only have the 1 table, wouldn't have time to have the clearcoat dry out. I like your ideas though. Thanks!
  2. work table recommendation

Hmmm, thats interesting. Doesn't it get cut up too much? Whats the thickness of the sheet? Also, is it opaque or translucent? I have a paper grid underneath my mat that needs to show through. I'm intrigued. Can you snap a photo? Thanks.
  3. work table recommendation

I'm curious what everyone else is using for their main work table. I presently have the Rhino work table that has a cutting mat on it. With 5 years of use now, there are so many cut marks on it, plus when I do wet mounting the solution gets trapped in the cuts and has warped the mat. It's to...
  4. 10mm coroplast cut tool?

Lucky dog, getting a CNC router. Wish we had the budget for one. Have fun with it!
  5. 10mm coroplast cut tool?

That includes our design time, unless there are multiple edits, etc; then we start charging $125 per hour (to to dissuade folks from going overtime on edits) We normally include up to 1 hour of design time with our price.

I discovered it was a font made specific for sandblasting monuments. https://www.monumentletteringcenter.com/product/mlc-signature-series-commercial-gothic/ Thanks for your help Adam :) And yes, I agree, font id is easier when its straight on, but it's all I was given...

  8. 10mm coroplast cut tool?

Ours are about 36" X 58"-ish (depending on the graphic) and are 1 sided. We design, print on vinyl, laminate, then mount on coro and hand cut. We charge $135 for the insert, and antenna sign base is sold separately. These are normally only 1-2 in quantity. Wish we had a flat bed printer and...
  9. 10mm coroplast cut tool?

I ended up using a jig saw with a fine blade. Does well for cutting the curves, but had to sand away the fringes afterwards. It's definitely my go-to tool now.
  10. fONT id

Font ID please. I don't think it's italic, it's just the angle of the photo. It's on a headstone. Thanks.

  15. ICC profile for Dietzgen Magic SCF7 film on HP310Latex??

Thats super helpful! Thank you. I'll start there and tweak temperatures. That's a great start point. Thank you :)
  16. ICC profile for Dietzgen Magic SCF7 film on HP310Latex??

Excellent question. It's for a small projector with a transparent clear film (printed) in a carwash. It projects the car wash logo on to the customers front windshield as they're going through. The 2-piece projector lens "locks" down the 2" circle film graphic insert so it doesn't move. The...
  17. ICC profile for Dietzgen Magic SCF7 film on HP310Latex??

I'm trying to find an ICC profile for Flexi. I'm using Magic SCF7 6.5 mil clear film on my HP310. Magic doesn't have the profile, HP doesn't have the profile. Anyone used this stuff before who has hand-built a profile? Help. Thanks, Mary
  18. HP L310 upgrade

Thanks for your input :) We have the full Flexi Print/Cut software. Does it support 2 printers? So the 315 is nearly identical? hmmm..... Stupid question, but I can run 54" materials on the 64", right (duh, obvious...but had to ask) The 365 is tempting.... Thanks again for your input and advice.
  19. HP L310 upgrade

I presently have a 4-1/4 year old HP Latex 310, with over 58K sqft. printing in its time. I'm considering upgrading and keeping with the latex printers because I need to laminate things immediately after printing and HP seems my best option (?) I've got questions, and would love feedback to...
