Thanks for the feedback. I'm pretty handy with my squeegee technique, been doing it for over 3 years now. I think If I do a horizontal center hinge on the top 1/4 of the panel then work my way down from there hopefully I won't have much stretch. However, you make a really good point about...
I've never installed window perf before, so I'm looking for some advice. Everything I've read so far states I should laminate it. The vinyl is going on 4' X 7' tall storefront windows (outside glass), so I've heard that laminating will make the project easier to install. I'm printing it on my...
Coincidence, I have no idea..... Maybe the magenta ink always pushes more ink when it's on its last 10ml, I have no idea. But it always fixed the problem once I changed the ink out. By chance, are you low on magenta?
I changed and/or cleaned printed heads, recalibrated colors, ran all the tests, etc, and still had the same problem no matter what substrate and profile I used. The only thing that worked for me was to change out the Magenta ink.
I have had this issue before as well and it's pretty baffling and frustrating. I have discovered recently that it always happens when my magenta (magenta, not light magenta) ink is low and about to run out.
I can't find the ICC profile I need for my HP Latex 310, Flexi v12 for the Ultraflex DSS 12oz. Blockout double sided banner. Ultraflex's website doesnt have it, and I can't find it on my printer panel>online profiles.
Does anyone know where I can find it? Or a comparable different brand that I...
I'm in need of a graphic designer/production assistant that has these skills:
1) print shop skills: making back-lit inserts, laminated decals and the standard print/laminate/mounting of items. Pretty basic stuff if you know a bit about sign production. I run 54" wide equipment (HP latex...
I have a L310. I noticed on the front panel when choosing the substrate I just loaded that it puts it into the "favorites" list after I use it a number of times. I like that HP is smart enough to add it to the list, but now the list has grown to over 20 to choose from, many of which I don't use...
Any one know how difficult it is to get parts for the printer at this point? I know it's old, and I fear I wouldn't be able to find replacement parts if I needed them because they just don't manufacture them anymore.
Not sure if its the same as the OCE 350. Not too concerned about speed at this point. Anything is faster than all the manual mounting work I'm doing right now.
