The driver board turns the lights on in zones. Jumping the lights on would do wonderful things like curing ink in the capping station.

The G version uses gloss ink. Can use whatever media you like. Gap sensor is NOT moveable so it sucks for round labels (unless you get black mark ones). Uses pigment ink.

With textured ink, using 20cc+ isn't unheard of for even small prints. Wonder how many hours after release that their white ink circulation system is going to start failing and clogging heads. Anker, mediocre power banks, uninspired 3D printers and now UV printer... Oh, right, they are 'eufy' now.
