  1. ADA Compliant Braille Stickers

Feel free to DM me for specs. It's pretty easy and don't want to give away the game to early. But it can do lettering and whatever else.
  2. ADA Compliant Braille Stickers

Alignment can be tricky without a line to work with; these are printed raised transfers that are generated and printed on demand as opposed to being applied one letter at a time. The only thing being added to the sign or whatever is the dots themselves without extra vinyl/tape/etc. Not a...
  3. ADA Compliant Braille Stickers

Playing around with decent speed printable braille transfers that meet ADA compliance and can be done with a $3k printer. No flatbed needed, small foot printer using 3 dirt cheap XP600 heads. Nice thing is it lets me print huge gang sheets of the things where needed. Wondering if there is much...
  4. Did y'all see what some "designer" did to poor Pope Francis' Tomb??

If the smoke is purple, they have elected a new graphic designer.
  5. 4 Damper Use

Might be better to fill the lines with flush if you want to undo the bypass.
  6. Looking for recommendations for printhead installation JFX200

Happy to provide assistance remotely or even in person if needed. If you're mechanically inclined, remote is usually pretty easy. I also have a JFX200 and JFX200 EX in shop I can use for reference when guiding people over video if needed. Likewise, when on site, I also am more than happy to let...
  7. Question Still looking for all UV light parameters on my UCJV300-160

Is there a way to do it? Sure. Would be through the command set. That said, would involve figuring out what all commands the LED drivers respond to and locating where they are in the ripped data stream, modifying said data and making sure RasterLink sends it to the printer without doing some...
  8. Looking for recommendations for printhead installation JFX200

Looking for an on-site tech, or someone to guide you through it remotely? Not a particularly hard process, just takes a good deal of time.
  9. Question Still looking for all UV light parameters on my UCJV300-160

The driver board turns the lights on in zones. Jumping the lights on would do wonderful things like curing ink in the capping station.
  10. JFX-200 waste ink

On other Mimaki printers without the weight sensors, that is the way.
  11. JFX-200 waste ink

It is based on a weight sensor, so make sure the ink bottle can move freely if emptying it didn't fix it.
  12. Need Help I NEED HELP WITH A CARTOON/LOGO OF CASPER THE GHOST

All the artists I know that work with that kind of stuff mostly do NSFW type art, knocks out a few people as it's a licensed/trademarked character. Then again, I don't think I have seen Casper nor a horse wearing any pants. Typically you find an artist by checking out their portfolio and...
  13. Question what printer can do this?

The G version uses gloss ink. Can use whatever media you like. Gap sensor is NOT moveable so it sucks for round labels (unless you get black mark ones). Uses pigment ink.
  14. Question what printer can do this?

Epson TM-C7500 series is what I use for that kind of stuff. Prints at about 1km/hr up to 4" wide.
  15. Small Print Shops needed/ wanted US BASED

The school fundraising stuff always makes me nervous, lots of companies leverage kids to sell things so their schools can make a few bucks. Usually ends up being a real bad deal for all but the company doing it.
  16. Software Help Mimaki tx300p-1800 txlink3 ergo soft v14 HELP!

If it says DATA REMAIN, have you checked to see if the printer is in remote mode?
  17. If you're doing this full time*

With textured ink, using 20cc+ isn't unheard of for even small prints. Wonder how many hours after release that their white ink circulation system is going to start failing and clogging heads. Anker, mediocre power banks, uninspired 3D printers and now UV printer... Oh, right, they are 'eufy' now.
  18. Small Print Shops needed/ wanted US BASED

We have a JFX200, a JFX200 EX and a JFX500, so we can do a lot of those.
  19. Another Mimaki price increase incoming

Depends where they or their ingredients are made. So far, seems stable though. How long that lasts depends on vendor and sourcing for ingredients.
  20. If you're doing this full time*

Holy hell, $0.43 per ml/$430 per liter for ink. If I were to hazard a guess, it's just a printer based on an XP600 head.
