Shrink the whole file and save as an .eps like you would do at full size and see what happens.
That way you know if its a file size issue or something in the file. Could be a font or picture or a thousand little vector lines in there that it's having trouble processing.
Maybe post a picture of what you're trying to do. I setup files like this all the time since everything I do is on a flatbed and designed to be printed on sheets and not a roll. Also, Onyx's "Allow Rotate" only works if your resolution is the same both ways "600x600" "720x720" etc. My flatbed...
Is it the router bit pulling up on the sticker while you're routing? If so, you could use a downcut bit or route with the adhesive face down if you're using an upcut bit so as it routes it pulls up against the material.
That looks like a digital magnified loop photo. I agree the dots are a little odd but what does it look like without the loop. I wouldn't consider the Colorado a super high quality machine like an Epson. It's much more designed for speed and production.
I'm with iPrintStuff here. I've never had any issues with lamination sticking to the 1650 inks. There is no need to outgas those either. Might want to consider changing laminate.
It's not always like that though. It's weird, the carriage speed and size of the print have to match up and then it does it.
And we have a buzzer that is a lot more annoying!:D
We don't laminate Wallmark. It's 6mil vinyl so it's easy to install. The material is matte but I would say if your printing on a solvent printer it would be more of a satin finish rather than matte. We print with the matte mode on the Colorado 1650.
Comparing it IJ180cv3 is probably not...
If you're going to use 40c you have to clean the wall almost perfectly or you're going to have failures. And if you have to do even 1 wall twice its not worth the time and effort for the difference in material cost. We've reverted back to 180cv3 and then we don't have to worry about what paint...
Yep ours does it too! I have a slow mow of it too that really shows what's happening but I can't get it to work on youtube.
Our 1640 also did this and they ended up raising the whole acrylic case a half inch. I think the 1650 is already maxed out. I believe there cable length its just a little...
