You need to download profiles off Flexi's site and then fiddle with them to find what works best

If you supply them pre cut and pre applied then will you not have issues with application from the two layers having air stuck between where they meet on the vehicle? I have experienced this in the past and never found a work around

I too have experienced this with my Summa S2... It usually happens on cuts involving a lot of cutting. I just send them out now in smaller groups and it seems to cut 100%. I wonder if it is the USB cable losing info...never liked plotting from those.

How do you choose the grey? I find if the file came from somewhere else than there is a good chance the printer does not seem to print the colour correctly. It's good to have colour charts printed off your printer so you can choose colours that your printer can print cleanly.

I remeber reading that a write on erase marker will remove sharpie...never tried but you never know

I think I may have figured this material out. I lowered the heat settings down to 38 / 43 / 48 and it is printing fine. I guess it was so hot it flashed off the ink... Makes me wonder why the profile was set at such high temps to begin with

How far out is the blade exposed?

Picked up this Briteline vinyl from Grimco. prints almost as bad...same sort of ink starvation issue in certain colours. I wonder if it is a heat issue. My printer prints great on all 3 mls and retractable banner material and I used to get Oracal wrap vinyl and always printed great as well. I...

I have used most of the roll. It seems to print OK with solid colours although I still can see in odd print that ink starvation look. I have about 10 yards left on the roll so I called around and see that prices are through the roof. 3M quote for a bundle was $1900!!! I don't do vehicle...

I'm trying to source a new roll of Oracal or Avery and the prices have gone through the roof on this stuff...no wonder the Arlon was a deal...it sucks lol

The problem is I need it now not in 2 weeks or however long it takes.....

I have tried all of the cmyk profiles and they all print horrible. I think I got a bad roll.... Never buying Arlon again!! I generally find that my Oracal profile prints great on everything, and even that one can't deal with this material.

In all these years I have never had issues like this. I have never bought Arlon wrap material but all the others...3M, Oracal, Avery have always printed very nice , even using a general profile. This stuff doesn't seem to print nice on any profile I have and I have 3 Arlon profiles from Flexi...

I finally figured out what was happening and never really noticed this before. I bring the file in from signlab and ungroup everything, then I turn everything into a contour cut. As far as I knew that would make everything a cut with no color, but I saw in the production manager that it showed...

I have the software set to basically sequence the plot as objects come in on the x axis. I am running a large amount of frost which has a box around each section and it runs all the boxes first then goes way back to cut the graphics... I have experienced this before but don't know why it won't...

I still use mine primarily for printing white on clear.
