Anybody know who makes an orange fluorescent that will last longer than 6 months outdoors? I am planning on printing a small black logo on the film so I will also laminate it with a cast film and wonder how much more life I can extend the product by with the lam?

What speed are you running at?

Oh I won't be giving it away... I would think set up will take a few hours...many graphs and charts plus paper holders and they want it on a metal surface with dry erase 4 x 8...9 of them... Big money!!!

Upon further inspection it is made from a bunch of low res bitmaps...Looks like I need to redraw all of it Thanks

Just received a file in Power Point and it is loaded with a lot of graphics. I cringe thinking that I have to recreate everything. Is there a way through Flexi or Signlab to actually be able to use files like this?

WEll this is my screen printer who is very limited in his knowledge of computers in general. I gave him my old jv3 when I got my new Mimaki and after a while he dicided to buy a new one like mine, but it was discontiued. I don't know why he did not consult with me before getting that machine...

I just send what they need and make a mental note that the next order will have an extra charge thrown in somewhere. Not worth the headache, fights or lost account that can ensue

That was no DREAM!!!

I have no power savings set so it stays on with no screen savers running. I think it is a glitch in communication as neither the printer or the software show any errors at the time. It has run flawlessy since then, so it is not something that happens too often...just enough to make you crazy lol

To curb the frustration I'll try google advanced search to look for pdf's 9 times outta 10 the logo is in vector format on one of those pdf's I do this also and it's such a relief when you find a good pdf file

It happens so rarely but only on bigger jobs naturally... I Don't keep too many old print files in the que...Just what is cureent until they are cut. It could be that free c cleaner or the superantispyware as they seem very invasive. Going to shut them down from now on...Thank you Fairly new...

I have no idea why the printer just stops printing...Flexi production manager seems locked at 64% print and the printer screen is just sitting with no errors. I have no idea why this happens and can't seem to get either the printer or the software to continue printing. A Glitch?

Well here is the opposite... Get a call from a customer to set up some graphics to be engraved... He approves and I send his engraver an eps file. I get a call from my client telling me he can't open the file. I ask to speak to him and I ask him what software he engraves from...he says Corel...

I always thought they removed the wraps ( on trailers anyhow) with high pressure washers?

How about cutting some small squares with the registration square knocked out of the larger square and place over the reg marks to cancel out the holographic affect

I am up and running again... When I purchased the laminator it came with a bag of replacable fuses. I replaced all 3 and still nothing. There was another bag that had these 2 small brown cylindrical gizmos that looked like diodes or transistors and I had no clue what they were for, but...

Did that, checked if there was any power going to the unit and there is. I found the fuses but can't tell if they are blown as they have that white covering as to being clear. I will replace both and keep my fingers crossed
