I’ve been using Flexi for 25+ years. Select the design, add a contour cut and export it as EPS file. I rip from Versaworks. Flexi is great. Never had an issue.

Rasterize it may help. Hit or miss sometimes… Use a higher print setting helps eliminate banding. If not add photoshop noise filter will help eliminate some banding too.

Your pinch rollers need to be in the right spot. I’ve had that error many times. Easy fix. Make sure they are over the grip rollers not the little shine Crome parts on the top or bottom platten
