When do you gets jams? I've only ever gotten them if I try to print too close to the leading edge of the material. Are you using the hold down tabs or printing edge to edge? What does that mean?

My cutter is about 5 years old, light use. It has just done this to two files in a row. On the 2 it just slid down a little and finished the cut but the S is rotated 90 and flipped! We had problems before with communication over the network but that was fixed long ago by a CAT8 patch cable...

This is important to know and comes in handy if you've ever cut your material off without leaving enough leader. Also it's a good thing it does, otherwise you'd have quite the hassle cutting material you just ran through the laminator!!

My LC and LM were VERY expired and my grays started getting all mottled and color shifting.

Turns out I don't have the right needle, my syringes have a blunt open tip and I think I'd damage the little interfaces there. I did some playing around and with color correction off the printer starts adding regular CM at 26%, so 25% gives you light CM only. The frustrating thing is it only...

Ezek I have a 315 and I need to get expired ink out of the LC and LM lines - is there anything you can point me to that explains how to use a syringe to draw the ink out? p.s. I have thankfully not experienced the air problem that you're having - at least not yet!

I have not. I agree that the lack of a call does not mean it's for sure looking great.
