Check your perf. We just had a few areas at the end of a roll where there was no/very little adhesive in very large sections!

Realtors are notoriously cheap in my opinion.
Did you setup the artwork? What was the resolution of the image? Most realtors want their mug (face) on their signs and the images they provide are less than desirable in many cases.

You can also check to see if they are truly 3M Certified.
The certified company MUST maintain the testing person in their employment. There is a yearly process to confirm this. If not, the company must send someone else to take the test again.
Looks like installer error to me. It looks to be below the water line. It also looks like there is no edge seal tape used.
If they are 3M Certified they should know this. So ya! It going to fail!
