Try to avoid using very dark colors on 1/4" PVC. I'm assuming you are painting the PVC. The 1/4" thickness can become distorted when in direct direct sunlight. White or light colors are OK.

I use Splashtop for remote access to two of my office computers. I used to use LogMeIn but Splashtop is cheaper and works perfectly.

Here in Florida in summertime we deal with moisture forming on glass when the outside temp is very hot & humid and the inside temp is air conditioned. You could be looking at a similar situation with moisture forming on the glass due to high humidity.
