I am not sure I have ever known this, but using Omega and my Envision cutter, how does one instruct the machine to cut each line of copy as opposed to jumping all around the y axis as the copy enters it.
I hope I described that correctly.
I cant figure this one out.....
I use the Orient retractable banners and I print on the Ferrari Decolite blockout banner. Pretty pricey material too!!
I get a return today and the banner has completely released from the adhesive strip. I was sceptical at first and looked at the bottom of...
I was doing quite a bit of work on my Edge LE 2 days ago and then went out for lunch. When I returned I heard this intermitant beeping and found it was the Edge acting up.
I have heard this before and was instructed to gently turn the machine on its side and open up the left side and gently make...
I cant count on one hand how many of these calls we get each day. It usually results in me hanging up on them and thinking....just who does actually buy whatever product or service they are selling in this manner.
I guess enough to make it worth while to have some 18 year old call me fumbling...
Wow, I am amazed what the old signs all beat up get picked up for. I don't think you can get a new sign for what they get for scratched dented broken old pieces of junk lol

This is about the 3rd time this has happened since moving to Windows...
Not sure I spelled that correctly, but I laminated some dark colored prints and now I see that the lam was modelled. I let it sit for 2 days and still no change. This morning I hit it gently with a heat gun and still no change.
Are these prints toast?
Where does the responsibility of my...
Although it is not technically a vinyl I felt this to be the proper place to post.
Does silver mylar look OK when cut reverse and put on glass? I don't think in the 20+ years in this biz , I have ever done it or can't remember doing it.
I am just not sure how it looks through glass and glue?
I have read that you can use a cast lam on calendered vinyl but not the other way around.
If I were to use calendered vinyl and cast lam, would the cast help the graphic last longer?
I ask as it is a graphic that as to be cut up after and I really do not like using air egress cast films...
Yea...weird... I was running these tiny little logos for wheel calipers and I ran a bunch in black a6 vinyl and the weeding was almost a horror. After cutting the black I had some scrap digital general formulation vinyl and ran some white ones. I basically stripped them in a fraction of the...
