you are trying not to nest multiple print jobs to cut as one big file, correct? if all jobs are in queue, select print jobs individually upper right hand corner area...then click on gear in same area to print automatically. That should send each job one after another and give you individual cut...
if its a new printer you have a warranty..if the head failed before 1000ml printed HP will send you a new one out overnite.
call hp or your reseller(if they provide service) they can walk you though any tricks in the service menu to get you running today.

The Leister is a quality product for the money. Its like any tool, only useful if you take the time to learn how to use it. We picked one up at last year used it a few times then found our business changing from banner to direct board and apparel.
there is a known issue with bad ink and FB's now for about 6 months. The tech that charged 10k for service...why wouldn't he have sold you a parts contract? comes with 4 heads and covers all parts for a year...labor not included...you had a bad ink issue, imo did they credit you back the 10k in...
what media are you printing on? Is there a profile available for download? if so use it but run a color calibration to linearize it to your environment. I am assuming you are using HP branded ink and not 3rd party. If you are creating a new profile from scratch, I have the printer set up the...
do yourself a favor and confirm your power. take the panel cover off you breaker box...send a file to the printer. Have your meters on before the file is submitted and watch the numbers...if you are going above 230v or spiking, the issue is at the source. You may want to invest in a buck booster...
you are running onyx. put both printers on onyx. Start with one rip. Download canned profiles direct to units and run the color calibration through Onyx. Send the same files/resolution/passmode. You should be in the same ballpark.

The only time I've ever seen a summa cut that far off is if you are trying to rotate the cut file in cut server....that does not work and will corrupt the file or if the material is loaded the wrong way.
