Very nice.
Reverse mirror or clear makes a beautiful sign.
I love the look of reverse gold leaf with painted outlines and translucent shadows.
Why not weed the vinyl before you stick it?
Yes this was my problem doing installs for the big sign companies.
Waiting for the money and doing business on their terms never worked out for me.
I will still do installs for others but on my terms.

Send the check along with the sign. Tape it to the sign for safekeeping. I won't cash...
I love pictures of sign carnage. I'll bet they looked exciting when the wind was blowing.
Nice posts to work with. Like others have said. Get rid of the chains. Use no s hook and bolt through the eyes on the arm.
.125" or bigger panel.
Doesn't seem like a problem to me. Peel the plastic off wipe it with a dust cloth or a brush. 5 seconds for each blank.
If this is a big problem in your shop consider yourself lucky.
Foam on its own without some kind of support or framing is a no no. Especially if you don't paint the back as well and have a face that is dark colored.
Your not going to get much of a dimensional look layering even the thickest ACM. Since this is a print you can create a very convincing illusion of dimension Shadows etc. It will make a better looking sign than going through the hassle of layering that does nothing.
