There are also two sensors in there. One is the chip reader but there is a tiny little button towards the back of the holder that tells the machine a cartridge is inserted. If that is bent backwards or out of place it could be the issue.

We switched to Google a few months ago and it's really good at filtering spam and keeping the good emails. I just wish the interface wasn't so wonky.

If you do email marketing and get enough complaints, you can be black listed which is then used in email filtering programs. Some companies just set their spam filters too high and miss important emails too.

Are you guys getting any NCU errros? I've seen the UJV and JV 100 series do funky things when there is an NCU error.

What does your nozzle check look like? Have you changed dampers within the last year to year and a half? Your issue sounds like it could be a little different. If it's printing passes of magenta over everything, it could be electrical. Post a picture.

The cap top is probably dried out. I'd pop one of those in and flush the pump lines just to be sure they aren't clogged.
