Ive been ordering just about every day from them this year and I’ve got no complaints so far. I had a color match issue once and they sent me samples of the new match to confirm before remaking it for me. They have become an integral part of my success this year.
Are we talking small mosaic tiles or are they 4x4 or larger? That’ll make a difference. Larger tiles would be less likely to break during and after installation. Smaller mosaic tiles just don’t have a lot of surface area to help carry much weight.
Each standoff will be holding about 7 lbs. If...
I never noticed much with my latex printer but it was in a 16x45 room.
Aside from the potential ventilation issue, the 10x12 room is pretty tight to operate a printer and cutter in. Would need to be the only things in the room.
The last time they came out to fix my printer HP accidentally sent an additional box of supplies. The service tech said they just accidentally sent the same box to me twice and to just keep the extra box.
It’s a full box of their upgrade kit which solves a lot of the problems the earlier...
Depends on how accurate you want to be.
Templating is just about 50% of what I do now.
The method you describe is accurate enough if you aren’t closely following any body lines. I would add in a horizontal and vertical line on each template that is a specific measurement and you can scale the...
Most of the vehicle graphics I sell are shipped directly to installers who demand quality and they really like to see that 3M logo on the liner...gives them the warm fuzzies.
I’ve never seen any 3m vinyl without the markings on the liner. Found a photo of it online…doesn’t mean it all comes this way nowadays. I’ve used the ij35C and it definitely does. Even their lower end 50 series scotchcal does.
This happened to me probably about every month. Sometimes it would be printing and leak onto the print, sometimes it would just leak into the maintenance cartridge.
My second printer did this twice in the first 6 weeks. HP was 0/2 for me on the 700w. Both printers I sent back had white ink...
I would call that groovy/retro style. Search google or adobe stock and you’ll get some vector results that might already be adequate to create something similar.
I checked out the site that BRDesign posted. They actually look like they make nice quality stuff. They have some pricing on their site for emblems and the price is reasonable. The mold fee is also pretty low compared to what Ive see from other US companies. Give them a shot, from what I can see...

I have found that running ads online is a waste in most places. I’ve done google, facebook, YouTube, Amazon, etc. and they all have resulted in revenue increases comparable to the amount I am spending on the ads.
I actually think most marketing done using pay per click formats are designed...
What kind of emblems? ABS, metal, acrylic? I’ve seen some emblems produced by laser cutting acrylic that has been second surface printed and they look ok. There’s a lot of options but a small run may limit you because most types of emblems are injection molded and require molds to be machined...
That solved it for the most part. It now travels to the initial start point, then back to origin, drops the blade to correct blade direction, then travels to the start point and begins cutting. Takes a few seconds longer with each job but I'll call it a solution for the time being.
Thanks for...
The color inconsistency is a common problem when printing larger areas of solid colors. I never got it worked out well enough to feel confident selling certain jobs.
HP took my first 700w back and supposedly replaced it with a new one that had all the upgrades. After about a month it started...
Sounds about right. I looked for the setting but cant find anything that sounds like its the culprit.
The problem is that the small cut it makes ends up on the finished product. The picture I posted is a hood decal for a jeep, the circle is weeded and the unwanted cut remains on the decal. I...
I have an fc9000-160 and cut with the latest flexi. Pretty much since I bought the cutter and started using flexi I’ve had the issue of the cutter blade moving very close to the initial cut position, dropping down and making a very small cut, then lifting up and moving to the actual start of the...
