I was hoping maybe someone else that had the error 1106 would see this post. I will be pulling the cover switches off and checking them shortly. Any ideas on other problems it could be?
Walter at phototex will send you a sample. It works great. Keep in mind that phototex is not opaque. Your overlaps will need to be cut like a carpet joint for best results.

When wrapping a Nissan NV, what do you guys do at that little rubber seam on the side? Do you go over it? Do you apply primer to it, or do you cut on either side of it?
Select your items on screen, then hit cut icon, cut toolbox opens up. In there is sort options. Also in toolbox is sort by color. Our graphtec plotter also has a page sort option others may have that as well.
We had a problem like yours with our old fc7000 mkII-160. Could not get usb connection anymore( Just went out one day). Called Graphtec and they said use the RSC232 connection . We have been using that every since. Just had to get the Keyspan adaptor.
