I think what stands out to me from the overall pic. is the dark horizonal line. That makes me look at it to see why is it like that. The 1/4'' off doesn't bother me nearly as much as the dark horizonal line that you see from the ground.

We have used LG Xign with good results. Trim usa has it I believe.

I have had good results using Tiz rollers. Nice smooth finish.

For what is worth, we had our JV100 installed in August and it came with SS21 ink. We didn't have to choose any ink package, it just showed up with SS21 ink. Maybe our dealer picked it for us.

Printer update. New pump came in and the tech came by to install yesterday. Up and running, so far no errors.

When updating, it asked us if you want to leave the old version on your system. Lucky we selected this and all is fine.

Here is the story so far on my new jv100. First 1 came in about 2 weeks time and was damaged in shipping. Second 1 was here about 3 weeks after that 1. Tech set it up and was running fine. One morning came in to error 528 on the screen. Did what the book says to do, which is turn main power off...

I think I had this happen before. I just closed the program and reopened it and they were back.

We have that happen sometimes right after a blade change. Just back off pressure a bit.

If it's cutting deeper on one side than the other, probably has some glue residue under it. When taking off the old one, you have to clean it really good. The glue is pretty clear and you may think its clean but its not.

Could be a version of Hot Stuff.

That lam. you listed has only 2-3 year lifespan. Maybe try a good cast lam. to get 5 years.
