We use the Graphtec 45° brand blades in the blue holder. For cast with lam. I run Speed 25 Force 24 Accel 4. For cal. with lam. I just bump the force up by 2. We use the red holder for reflective and rubber stencil.
All cut vinyl. The Kerner trucks moved away from wraps. The fleet was wrapped at 1 time and they didn't last long enough for them. I think I've done around 35 of those transits over the last 3 years. This made me realize how little cut vinyl we do anymore. Mostly prints now.
I can tell you that one of the Signs by Tomorrow near me is now a Image 360. Same owner, I am guessing he bought into Image 360 and left signs by tomorrow, but I'm guessing.
Whats the company that makes this hand turned Gold Leaf? We replaced a seal on a local fire truck here many years ago that the fire dept. provided to us. I can't seem to remember the name of the company. Its was hand turned and encapsulated in a clear.
