I have this skull a guy wants and I have been trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. It is printing WAY too much black. I am using Flexsign. I have tried to back the black way down without any luck. I converted the RGB to CMYK in photoshop. What am I doing wrong or what can I do to...

I just replaced heads, capping station, dampers and wiper. Dampers are half full of ink. When I tried a test print only the K, C, and LM printed (left head) the right one has done nothing. Is there a fuse for each head or could the ribbon be bad? Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks Too Dark

changed the heads in the printer and I did not pay attention to which plug each of the heads go into. left head plugs into which connector or does it mattter.

Has anyone done graphics on a Raptor like this? Does anyone know the "RAPTOR" font? I have 2 of these trucks to do now.

Does the Falcon Outdoor 62 have a print head fuse? The reason I'm asking is I changed heads and now one will not print at all.

I have owned this printer for a year now and never have looked at what version firmware I had. It is way old. I see V3 is out and I was wanting to know if anyone knows what has changed in the different versions. I currently have 1.08 installed.
