What about a metallic print media with standard inks? Gans Media makes some really neat looking materials that look similar to Phototex but have metallic/holographic look to them.

My guess is bad ribbon cable. Could possibly also be a dirty encoder strip.

I have had issues with running the latest upgrades of Photoshop and Illustrator a couple times on Windows, thankfully you can "downgrade" back to the last version easily and wait a couple months till they fix the issue and release the next version.

All the guys at Trigon are great to work with, we've bought our last 4 Epson printers (and our laminators and plotters) from them and love their knowledge, honesty and support. They're about a half hour from here, but it looks like you're a ways away (in Tulsa?) so they might not be the best bet...

There's a coating some dealerships put on that our installers have to remove with a torch. I believe it is something like an armorall product. You can watch it burn off like moisture/humidity does.

Stick with vertical for sheet stock. You ALWAYS need a sheet that is buried and have to unload the shelf to get to it, then re-load the shelf. We haven't any warping issues with vertical storage besides foam core that has sat for years. Make yourself some rolling shelving for odd-jobs waiting...

Naw, this thread is from 2014! I just keep adding em on as I make em.

Here is a nice school bus for those of you who have to (unfortunatly) wrap these... It is a Thomas bus, but that is all I know. Template at 10% Scale, Front/hood is a bit wonky but just keep those simple and print large panels. Hope it saves someone else a few hours!
