It must be a new colour although it would seem to have to appear in the magenta area of the book. Anybody know the rgb values for this colour or roughly what 3 digit pantone colour it is similar to?

I do it this way as most prints are smaller than 8 feet. No waste andI am very fast at getting the sheets cut and taped. 98% success rate!!! I find it strange in the video that you have to cut a fine line between the lam and the liner...for heavens sake, someone invent a tool to do it...

You can also try using Pet G comes clear, very easy to cut

I get this issue too time to time. I think the material is to blame...get it on clear material. I found this little flashlight that shines a blue led and I shine it at the top edge while the head is looking for the edge and it works every time.

Maybe the ink coverage is too heavy? Do you pre mask it before application? If you dont have the issue with lamination, then I would laminate them to avoid this issue.

On the cheap models you have to make sure the pole goes through the second hole at the bottom of the unit..If it is already then your SOL. I never use those cheap stands. I prefer the ones with no swingout legs

This is exactly what must have happened. had my tech here today and he syphoned new ink through the system and everything is back up and running. Was a little worried there as if the machine needs any major fixing these days Imay as well go out and get a new one.
