We have an order to create a mural for 16 4' x 8' panels. The panels that are up now are made of wood. Is there a material that is suited to apply to wood or should we apply first on a different substrate then mount? TIA Tommy

I purchased Sihl Sureview 1way vision vinyl stock # 3111-39164 last 5 digits size of roll. When ever I do perf on car windows I always use clear kote. For store fronts I never do! Now I'm up to my fourth window with this new line, and still ink scratches off & ink rubs off on your hands...

We are getting these streaks on our perf. We moved the image on the roll to the left & to the right & the same streaks come up in the same poistion . Anyone have a clue what is causing this? Only on perf material

In process of printing two 27' banners. On the first run at around 20' I got this error message. E072err CR current. Before I attempt to fix it, is there a way to save the first run or just reboot? What causes this? Thanks in advance

Anyone knows what the code is to eliminate the lines that I believe is to clean itself? The black lines that show on both ends, I guess it's to prevent ink build up. Just have to print 8 2'x3's & need the full area just for cutting. If not I end up losing one side. Thanks in advance!
