You can try different wave forms, that might help. And you can do head soaks to see if you can recover more nozzles. Curious, how do you know alignments are off?

The only way I know of is to make a jig that is larger than your 'print' so that the printer can still have it's margins.

There are a number of connections all the back to the needle that inserts into the cartridge. The first place to look is at the locations the bubbles are coming in. At the damper connection, there should be a brass nut, an oring that goes over the tubing and seals against the damper. Too...

Are you pulling a good vacuum? Do you see bubbles in the line? Sounds like an air leak. If the cap (or the head) gets hardened ink on it, it will affect the seal.

Do a head soak, and immediately after clean the stainless steel rim around the head and the capping station. While still 'wet' try and get a vacuum. If no luck at this point, you are probably looking at a cap/maintenance station.

You should really do a head soak. Running cleaning cartridges is for storage and flushing the system out, it will not usually help much for plugged nozzles. To test your head seal against the cap, you will need a syringe and tubing. Connect between the cap and the pump, block off one line...

Probably not necessary to remove. You can put cleaning solution on the cap and let it work it's way through. These are pretty easy. Take pictures as you take apart.

Good news is that the heads are not dead. You still have quite a few plugged nozzles. As long as you are recovering nozzles you can still do head soaks. Or you can just put in new heads.
