    Contaminated material will cause fish-eye. Are the heaters on and on the same setting? Heavy ink load and slow drying can show dust in the print.

    It's quite common to thermal transfer print reversed CMYK on clear with a White finisher on a Gerber Edge or Summa. As for a solvent printer, you would need to outsource to someone who can print White ink or laminate with White vinyl.

    Depends on the color, it may have a pigmented white or gray adhesive. Why only on the inside? Can someone make a funny word by peeling off a letter?... :popcorn:
