SP-300 Plotter Head Cable Guide Binding
If it was binding it should show an error message. Looks like you have "full width scan" turned off. If turned off, the head will only travel the width of the printed area not the full width of the printer. -
How would you make these signs?
I'd probably blow them out in vinyl but would check the outsource price for screen printing.- Mike Paul

Premask Application Tape Technique?
Check out the extremely fast Sheeter. http://www.weedersheeter.com/ Just line up the front edge and crank the handle. You can apply mask on a 8-10ft. pc. in about 5 second wrinkle and bubble free.- Mike Paul
