For small runs like that you should be charging at least $25-$30 sq. ft. with a $100. minimum purchase. Simple perimeter contour cut.

Beautiful truck and trailer... How much did that setup cost?... I'm amazed low-end film was even considered for that job... How much did you save them?...:popcorn: A cast film Band-Aid won't last very long. I'd strip the old graphics/charge accordingly and re-letter that puppy the right way.

Pull the calendared and apply the cast.

Add a little more pressure or toss in a new blade. Cheap vinyl like 651 sucks and can be inconsistent.

Looks like a bad pixel in the print head or you need to do a line pitch adjustment. The angled scars in the cyan is caused by a wrinkle in the foil.

Some warm and cool gradients may convey temperature a bit better...

Speedometer/tachometer was the first thing I thought from the thunbnail. You need to lower your bullets a bit.
