You can continue to do head soaks to see if any return, normally though, after a couple of hours if you dont get any more you are unlikely to get them all back. But if you have nothing better to do, I would keep trying.

You have some misdirected nozzles as well. Head soak is your best best, if head soaks dont bring your nozzles back or correct the misdirected nozzles then the nozzles may actually be damaged. You are then looking at head replacement to get everything back to spec.

doubtful. Clean the pf encoder first, this historically gives the cr2 error, but not normally in the way you describe. Get your dealer to walk you through the cr endurance test in maintenance mode, that should tell you if it is cr motor. There is a pf endurance too you can check.

Check to see if you have a good seal between the head and the cap. Put a syringe on the drain line. If you can pull a vacuum, then it is head time. If not probably capping station, then probably head.

'digital inks' are not Process CMYK, but are designed with an expanded gamut. Spot colors are unavailable on a 4-6 or 8 or 12 color printers. So digital inks expand their gamut to offer more capability.

The CMYK color gamut is smaller than RGB. The ink set you are using is larger than CMYK. So designing and printing in RGB takes advantage of your ink set gamut. Plus may be your rendering intents settings.

There are already a technician version of a windows program that techs can use to look at ink and other things. They are looking at bringing this, or something like it to the end user. Not sure when though. I will try and remember to ask when I am in Japan next week.
