If you are lucky the last person who changed the head printed out a parameters sheet and tucked in the left side of the printer. Look for a rolled up piece of paper, you may have to take the left cover off to find.

What does your nozzle check look like? Second pic looks like either head misfiring or something like a hair or thread dragging across the print. You have a lot of misting or poor alignments. Check all your cable connections.

Banding in certain prints, usually certain dark colors is related to profile and color management.

head soak is the best place to start as Auto-FX describes. Personally I have not had much more luck with ultrasonics over soaking, but some have.
