  1. Layover Wrap

Either option A or C. B is a waste of time, since A should have block-out gray adhesive already. A comes with a warranty, C doesn't.
  2. Question Im gonna Wrapping a 53 foot trialer with rivets and horizontal ribs. Does anyone have any suggestion

Make sure your panels are tall enough, take a piece of tape and run in down the trailer side and then take it off and lay it on a table and measure it. Work all the ribs and leave all the rivets. They'll have to be dealt with individually to get all the vinyl to "flow" well from panel to panel...
  3. Your opinion please

If you quote it the same, it doesn't matter to you. I'd say it would depend on if they are a decent client or if this is their first interaction with you.
  4. Need Help Brick wall vector

Go here. Textures.com Upscale with appropriate software to make it a decent resolution and hide the tiling as much as possible. A raster image is what you need, not a vector. I know I've made one already, but no idea where it is saved... I'll look around.
  5. How do you charge for waste?

Charge full sheet price, or see if the supplier who sold you the sheets will give you a rebate on the remainder of the unused sheets they sold you. What? They wont?
  6. Window Cling badge print problem

I've never had success with face-printed clings. I always reverse print on the rear of clear decals.
  7. Need Help Looking for a merchant member who prints banners

We have a very similar customer (minor league team) and we use a vendor named Vincent Printing in TN. They do a great job and have good turnaround.
  8. weird bubbles with phototex

Looks like humidity coming through the wall. I bet you a FLIR camera would show you that there is no insulation in that wall if it is an exterior wall.
  9. Window Cling badge print problem

Wait, a customer of yours received a defective product, and now you want tell the customer of yours that they need to pay you more than your original quoted price? Why aren't they ordering them again - do they not need them anymore or did you anger them? Always treat all orders as one-time...
  10. Need Help Printing White & Layers - Epson Sure Color S70675

Check the material feed calibration. That is what I'm betting is the issues if it is doing it in separate passes (printing one pass white, then feeding it back in then printing the color inks).
  11. Looking for a certain type of tape

A while back when knife-less tape first came out I remember seeing another type of tape called something like "cut on top tape" or something like that that allowed you to apply the tape, make your cut with a razor then remove the tape. We use a lot of knife-less tape, but our installers are...
  12. Ice cream maker needs printing help

A Gerber Edge and plotter is going to be he best bet for what you're looking for. However, the software takes a while to learn. But is does offer you the ability to print on demand and use the labels immediately after printing, for ice cream labels thermal printing like this you wouldn't need to...
  13. Fire Truck Font

That's a new one on me also, is it a Pierce truck? They still have their own weird proprietary fonts.
  14. Epson surecolor S80600 ink dry time? vs Ecosol Max 2

The Epson inks in the new series offer same day lamination, but previous generation was still I think out-gassed after a few hours, even though they don't say so.. We have the previous generation with white ink (70670 / 70675) and it is "white", I haven't seen anything better off a roll-to-roll...
  15. Templates and vectors

We purchased a Spike to try out and found that it was always off by a few inches one way or the other, so we didn't trust it and I think we sent it back... not sure, that is the sales dept. ProVehicleOutlines is the way to go for vehicles, but always be wary that it is a 2d representation of a...
  16. Epson gs6000 print heads for fair price

    CompassMicro?
  17. Large application Etch Vinyl

Our installers are really loving the mactac b-free products instead of the traditional wet-installed 3m for large panels like this.
  18. GA Looking for entry-level CMYK + White Solvent Printer

I would recommend a used Epson 70670/70675 if you want cheap with white ink. Should be able to pick one up for just a few thousand.
  19. Mimaki JV3160sp

We just took our Mimaki JV3 160sp out of service here in Kentucky. It is still in great shape with all nozzles firing, still plugged in and running cleaning cycles. It needs to go asap. If you are interested, email me at jason(at)cruxroadboardz(dot)com or call 859-689-4666 and we can tell you...
  20. Need Help Epson surecolor Chrome GS3 ink problem

I'm thinking it is a media issue. We run a LOT of materials through ours, but we do not do wallpaper. Never seen anything like this since we had a latex and used incorrect materials a couple times.
