3M 180SLS is made just for stainless.

We've used a lot of regular old 13oz banner with grommets for this type of project. The main issue we've had is that no one can work a tape measure correctly.

You'll hardly ever have perfect lamination, it always walks a little bit kind of like all take-up rolls do on roll-to-roll printers. I'm not sure why you'd have to have PERFECT lamination, but most people aren't doubling up on 3M 1080 either... I would really recommend you take a look at the GFP...

A laminator isn't going to scratch the acrylic, sliding it around on a table might.

There are different versions of Onyx, but I think all should have the options for different crop marks. On the first page of the job editor the crop mark choice option should be towards the bottom left of the window.

We have two dedicated RIP computers here, both with dual SSDs and maxed out RAM, etc. We print a lot of large files. We also have a NAS (actually 2) to hold our 5+ terrabytes of data securely and backed up. The RIP computers sit near the printers and no one touches them besides the two of us...

The cab is in the PVO Collection, but you're gonna have to draw the body yourself. At least it is just a bunch of rectangles, so it should be pretty simple with a tape measure.

This is usually an issue with something in the capping station or pumps.

It is a combo of what vinyl (and laminate) you have that makes the longevity; obviously cheaper vinyls and no laminate is going to lead to earlier failures. If you use 3M vinyls they have an MCS program and warranty/info on all vinyl combinations available with your printer/ink.

I have seen this exact failure multiple times on this website with Oracal 210 laminate. I'm sure a search will turn up the other threads. The laminate always appears "burned". I don't use Oracal, so I can't help you beyond that.
