The first looks like a version of PVC, there are or were some that had a top layer that was more finished/shiny. Ddarlaks looks kinda like Gerber lexedge, but it's not adhesive back and comes clear or white and has to be printed.

Agree. looks like it might have been shop made, but any decent 2" aluminum post & panel system should work fine and no one will notice the difference.

wow, since the floor sealer hasn't been applied yet I would consider all options... contact the company doing the floors and/or the comp[any that makes the floor/sealer see if they have a suggestions. Also ask 3M if maybe there is an overlaminate vinyl that could be applied over the prints...
