I'd suggest attending a wrap school and really knuckling down on the business side of it so you can understand that a wrap is more than just applying vinyl.

Ditto on the electronic invoices. I make the invoices in Excel and create a .pdf file to email to the customer. I have all my internal documents color coded for ease of management.

Welcome. I strongly suggest you hire yourself out as an employee to learn this trade before you venture into this business. Your question leads us all to believe that you are nowhere ready for such an undertaking with your present skills, or your understanding (or lack thereof) of business.
That sounds like a good idea. It could be a "PO Confirmation" statement that says you have received the customer's order / instructions. The customer would sign the statement and return it to you before the order is processed.
Included on the statement would be your payment terms and some...
And what's with the multiple exclamation points? Just exactly how does that add any more excitement than only one?
I never use extra dollar signs when trying to get a slow customer to pay...hmm....perhaps I should reconsider:
