Avery DOL1360Z is more expensive than their non-optically clear laminate. But it lasts just as long. We use it for wraps and decals and window perf.

Because the curve of the ball is symmetric, a single line of copy will look straight and not curve if applied along the longitude (like the seams) of the ball. Just have to be smart about not having too may long lines of copy that will end up converging at the poles.

We've always used Stouse Cad Color Express Print for cotton-based fabrics and Specialty Products CPS-2160 for sublimated fabrics. Stouse Cad Color Sublistop also. Never had ink come off like that.
