If you have a Gerber plotter there is LexEdge which can be cut and reused many times w/o adhesive.

It is kind of similar to Concave Tuscan, but a little wider and not as bold. I can't find anything closer and Identifont finds no similar fonts...

Craigslist usually has one listed, ebay also has them available but for more money. Just do a search on Gerber Edge and see what comes up, then send the seller an email and see if they can work something out with you.

I don't think it could hurt anything to drill those holes and stiffen that up. If it don't work nothing is broke and you're only out a couple bucks. I would bet even some VHB and polymetal would do the trick. ;)

You might want to go into hiding. There are MANY designers out there (on here too!) that might be none too happy.

Tim, don't take this the wrong way, but.... ONLY option #4 is kind of sufficient to present to a customer. The rest are not the best. I would continue working on this project as long as you think the customer will be paying you reasonably for your design work. Choose a couple of your options...
