Check your cap top. If there is a little hook on the left side of the cap, the station is most likely not OEM and the hook is blocking the wiper form moving. Usually you would get an error but not always.

Are you using the bulk system that came with the machine or cartridges? If it's the bulk system you may just need to do an air purge on that mid cartridge. Over time air can get in and throw off the pressure.

It looks like some major cross contamination issues. Are you using a bulk system or cartridges? Also, post a nozzle check.

The wiper is part of the station so if it's new it should be working properly. Are you getting a wiper error?
