The IJ35C looks like a possibility, have you ever used it without laminating or transfer tape? We will be able to lay the panel down on a table while we work on them.
I have a project where I need to cover aprx 12 existing gatorfoam panels with white vinyl. They interior and are 60"x68" and smooth.
I have to use something that is opaque. So I need something 60" wide, but I guess I could live with seams if absolutely necessary,
but would prefer not to. I don't...
Ask around, maybe some customers, other businesses, your accountant to see who else is available.
We use a local service started by a former ADP employee, they are reasonably priced and very responsive to special requests.

The more I think about the more I think he should offer to sell them the files. I don't see any scenario where they would come back to him. He should put a number on it high enough to make it worth it for him
It's always a judgement call, if he thinks they may still give him work he can offer to make copies of the files for $$. Then again he may be sealing his fate as a former vendor.
