    I think your problem is the OPOS on the old Summas will not read thru a UV laminate, The newer machines have OPOS II or something with different technology. I have used mine by masking over the reg marks and removing the laminate- then they will be detected. You also need to use Summa Winplot...

  10. Questions I'm tired of hearing

    Customer calls without identifying themselves and asks if their sign/decal/sticker/print/whatever is done. When told their sign is done... they ask 'how does it look?' If I know them fairly well, I tell them- looks like crap for a double take.

    I have worked 7 days a week since I got back from the Keys in Feb. Bout enough to kill an old fart. Hired a trained worker who I knew so I expect some relief- if we ever have a summer maybe I can enjoy a long weekend or two.
