If that is a pic of your monitor and the actual print, keep in mind that the monitor is back-lit and so the colors are much brighter than the actual print. I'm not saying the print can't be improved but it will never be back-lit and as bright as the monitor.
Of course, we're assuming that you always have it positioned in the Blue Sensor area.
You do know that the right and left pinch rollers have to be in the field of the blue senor on the head rail, correct?
Where do you put the equipment when you buy it? Is there so much that you have to rent industrial space?
Are you familiar with that procedure and are you willing to enter into a 3 to 5 year lease?

Don't go cold on your heat setting. Your print will look bad and it could smudge if touched in the slightest way.
Turn the heat down a few degrees and keep testing.
Go to "EDIT"
Then "Queue A Settings"
Then "Printer Controls"
Then "General"
Click "Use Custom Settings"
Then put in "10 mm"
Then "OK"
That should get you what you want permanently
